Empowering African Leaders β’ Building Continental Impact
In 2024, we successfully launched our pilot Mentorship & Coaching Program, training 23 young African leaders from 12 countries using Daniel Armstrong's acclaimed "Find A Tree" methodology. Participants completed intensive 8-week coaching sessions and 2 weeks of soft skills coaching, making it a 10 weeks training, developed community service projects, and are now being matched with CU-AA mentors for ongoing support.
Africa's youth represent 60% of the continent's population. Our Columbia network uniquely positions us to bridge world-class education with African development needs. We're not just mentoring individualsβwe're building the leadership infrastructure for Africa's next chapter.
